Parking information
- Parking for four vehicles is available. - Seabrook Island requires that all rental guests pay a $40 vehicle fee (one-time, per car) in order to receive a gate pass and be allowed to enter the Resort community. The vehicle entry fee, calculated as the maximum number of vehicles allowed at the home, will now be included as a line item expense in your rental total. The number of vehicle passes needed may be discussed and confirmed with our team members after booking. - Use only the parking spaces provided for the property. Offending vehicles may be towed or booted at the Guest\`s expense without notice. Motorcycles, campers, RVs, and boat trailers are not allowed. Some of the Resort communities do not allow over-sized vehicles such as Sprinter vans. - Properties that are in gated Resort communities will require a pass to enter the gate. If your home does require any special passes, we will notify you and provide you with the corresponding materials.

We loved our stay at 2211 Seabrook Island Parkway! The house was brand new and beautiful. The beds were so comfortable! The elevator was very helpful to unload our luggage and groceries. The pool was great for a quick dip and we loved the location across from the horses! Would stay here again!

To access any of the island's amenities and have resort charging privileges, you must preorder your digital amenity QR code online.
The Lake House at Seabrook gives access to an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, and playground, complimentary to all Seabrook guests. There is also an indoor heated pool, fitness center, fitness classes, and library (additional fees will apply to the activities you choose). The indoor pool and fitness center are an additional fee of $15/per person/per day.
The Club at Seabrook allows guests to access the two championship golf courses, Racquet Club, Equestrian Center, oceanfront pools, and all dining options. Each property is individually owned and has different membership levels. This property has a FULL membership access, so there is no fee for the Beach Club pools or Lake House outdoor pool. All other activities are an additional cost. ACCESS NOTE: These club access fees apply to 2026. If you are booking early, please note that club access options could change in 2027.
Each bed within the property will be complete with sheets, pillow cases, and a top blanket and/or comforter upon arrival. Each full bathroom is outfitted with 4 large bath towels, 4 wash cloths, 2 hand towels, and a bath mat.
We provide an initial supply of paper products, like toilet paper and paper towels, but these are not replenished during your visit. We also provide a one-day starter kit of coffee and coffee condiment packs.
Kitchen utensils, cookware, silverware, and other standard kitchen items are provided in the property. Any perishable items (including special seasonings and cooking oils) will not be provided. There are grocery and convenience stores within close driving distance, should you need to purchase additional items.
Note: The linens will only be serviced upon departure unless mid-stay cleans are purchased through our office. Bath towels are not permitted to be taken from our rental homes, so we suggest you bring or rent beach or pool towels.
Mid-Stay Cleanings may be purchased for an additional charge. A Mid-Stay clean includes fresh towels and linens, another toiletry start-up kit, trash take-out, dishwasher loading, and a light cleaning/vacuum.

- Elevator: Not available, remains locked
- Hot tub _(if equipped)_: Rinse before/after use. No lotions, oils, soaps, or additives. Don't tamper with sanitizer dispenser. Keep cover on when not in use (cover damage: $500). Don't unplug. No glassware. Use at own risk

Checkout & Care
- Cleaning expectations: Load and start the dishwasher before departure. Pile used towels and bed sheets in the bathroom. Empty the refrigerator and discard any open food items.
- Bring all trash to the outdoor trash bins.
- Return all keys to the property and place one key back in the lock box upon departure. Lost keys will incur a $35 charge per key. After-hours lockouts will result in a minimum $100 fee. It is recommended to keep a key in the lock box at all times to avoid being locked out.
- Check the washer and dryer for any remaining items. Lock all doors and windows before leaving.
