Our family of 7 adults and our 10 month old granddaughter stayed at this beautiful house on our first visit to the Charleston area. We absolutely loved the house!! Everything is beautifully updated and was very comfortable. We loved the patio and pool / hot tub. The views from the patio and porch were fantastic. The screened in porch was a big hit for us, especially each evening as we gathered for games and downtime. The kitchen and living area are also fantastic. This trip was a Christmas gift for our family, but we also added a pre-birthday celebration for my wife's upcoming 60th birthday in November. We hired a local chef (Lauren Fury) who did a fantastic job of preparing locally sourced food and explaining her process. The kitchen and cooking area worked great for this. It was a wonderful surprise for my wife and a great venue to have it at. We would definitely come back in the future!

Tennis & Pickleball Access: Pay to play at Isle Of Palms Recreation Center & Wild Dunes Tennis Center (Clinics only for Wild Dunes Courts).
Golf Access: Pay to play- Wild Dunes Links And Harbor Course
Fireplace is unavailable for guest use.
Other activities on the Isle of Palms include, golfing at Wild Dunes, IOP recreation center (tennis, pickleball, cardio room), kayaking, dolphin watching, crabbing and fishing, walking along the three mile stretch of sandy beach, combing the shoreline for shells and other treasures, or just simply enjoying the island life.
Each bed within the property will be complete with sheets, pillow cases, and a top blanket and/or comforter upon arrival. Each full bathroom is outfitted with 4 large bath towels, 4 wash cloths, 2 hand towels, and a bath mat.
We do provide an initial supply of paper products like toilet paper and paper towels, but these are not replenished during your visit. We also provide a one-day starter kit of coffee and coffee condiment packs.
Kitchen utensils, cookware, silverware, and other standard kitchen items are provided in the property. Any perishable items (including special seasonings and cooking oils) will not be provided. There are grocery and convenience stores within close driving distance, should you need to purchase additional items.
Note: The linens will only be serviced upon departure unless mid-stay cleans are purchased through our office. Bath towels are not permitted to be taken from the rental home so we suggest you bring or rent beach or pool towels.
Mid-Stay Cleanings may be purchased for an additional charge. A Mid-Stay clean includes fresh towels and linens, another toiletry start-up kit, trash take-out, dishwasher loading and a light cleaning/vacuum.

- Other: No marshmallows in gas log fireplaces
Equipment & Amenities
- Mountain access: 4WD vehicle/chains strongly recommended Nov-April due to unpredictable weather
- Air conditioning: Not available at all properties, no refunds or property switches
- Elevator: Not available, remains locked
- Hot tub _(if equipped)_: Rinse before/after use. No lotions, oils, soaps, or additives. Don't tamper with sanitizer dispenser. Keep cover on when not in use (cover damage: $500). Don't unplug. No glassware. Use at own risk

- Locked areas reserved for owner storage
