- Private two-car garage and parking in the driveway for one car. - Unit occupants are not allowed to park on the streets at any time. No recreational vehicles, including, but not limited to, trailers, RVs, boats, fifth-wheels, or four-wheelers may be parked on any street or driveway within the Subdivision for a period of more than 2 hours for loading and unloading.

The property was beautiful, location was great and it was the perfect accommodation for our family of ten. Surprisingly, we spent more time utilizing the activities on the Jordanelle than expected. We kayaked, played on the Aqua park, swam and hiked the borders of the reservoir. Easy access to these activities makes the location a great option for a summer vacation. Our family would definitely rent this property again in the future!
