Great location! Doug, the Concierge was Amazing! Beautiful waterfront view of the marina & Garrison bight. Our group thoroughly enjoyed relaxing out on the porch. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed for a 6 night stay. Highly recommend Bayview middle!

Things you need to know
Boat Dock: Boat docks must be reserved prior to arrival and are available on a first come first serve basis.
There is water and electric available along with a fish cleaning station.
The Marina has 3 slips for boats up to 35” with a beam no wider than 10”
3 additional slips for smaller vessels no longer than 20” in length.
This property also has the added bonus of being just a short walk from the actual City Marina. The city marina can accomodate slightly larger boats:
Maximum vessel length is 50 feet ( anything over 50ft must be authorized by Dockmaster)
Maximum vessel height is 45 feet ( 50ft power lines to enter marina)

Restrictions
- Minimum nights of stay vary by time of year.
- Do not send packages to your vacation rental. Please send packages to our office and we will deliver them to your vacation rental prior to your arrival.
- All our pools, as most pools in South Florida, do not have screen enclosures. It is highly likely that your pool may have leaves or minor debris upon arrival. This does not mean the pool is not clean and is able to swim in. We clean our pools once a week including debris removal, water tests, and filter cleaning.
- In Key West, recycling does not collect plastic bags, Styrofoam, or pizza boxes. Please do not attempt to put these items in the blue recycling bins as all recycling will then be negated and/or will not be disposed of. Please make sure to dispose of trash in the appropriate bins designated for your home. Information on location of bins as well as trash collection days is available on the app.
- Guest shall take care of the Premises, its appliances and furnishings and maintain the unit in a neat and sanitary condition. Guest will leave unit in the same condition as at check-in, including furniture placement. Guest shall be responsible for negligent or wrongful act of their Guests.
- We are unable to tolerate excessive noise and disturbances and you may be subject to loss of deposit in addition to possible citations as determined by the City. This property may use NoiseAware technology to ensure the comfort and security of the guest. Tampering with the device is strictly prohibited and will result in a $200 fine.
- Guest shall not use the Premises for disorderly or unlawful purposes or in any manner offensive to others or in any manner, which would constitute a breach of the peace. Guest shall comply with all laws, rules & regulations applicable to the Premises, including applicable condominium or homeowner associations. Non- Non-compliance with this provision will result in eviction and forfeiture of all monies paid to date.
- No occupants under the age of 25 are allowed unless accompanied by a parent or other legal guardian. Guest may be required to show proof of age at check-in. Non-compliance with this provision will result in denial of occupancy and forfeiture of all monies paid to date.
- At no time shall there be in occupancy more than the maximum number of persons as indicated above. Any additional guest beyond the number listed in the contract, remaining on the premises for more than seven (7) consecutive or non-consecutive days will result in an additional charge of $500 per person.
- Fireworks of any kind are strictly prohibited.
- No jumping on the beds. If beds are damaged upon arrival, please let our staff know ASAP. If after departure, damage to beds is discovered, you may incur repair fees.
