Remember those old calgon commercials….. Well that’s how we felt. Home was great! Resort was great! The fairways and greens were great! All the amenities and staff were excellent. Definitely coming back. Watch those poolside daiquiris though. They’ll getcha 😂

Things you need to know
Incredible Palmilla amenities include the elegant resort-style pool (unheated and open year-round) -- rent a private cabana to experience ultimate poolside luxury.
You’ll also enjoy food service and air-conditioned bathrooms across the boardwalk at the groomed private beach. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.
- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
- All guests shall abide by good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
- No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected.
- Use of charcoal grills is not allowed.
- Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
- Use of the Property for any criminal activity is prohibited and may result in fines, prosecution, and/or your immediate removal from the Property.
