Parking information

- 2 Free Parking Passes - You will be given a parking pass at the Security Gate for the gated Resort properties upon initial Check-In to the Property. The parking pass will be valid for your entire stay and must be displayed on the dash of your vehicle. - The following vehicles are not allowed on the Resort Properties: RVs, motorcycles, trailers of any kind, and unregistered, non-Sandestin Property Owner golf carts.

This property offers a Beach Closet stocked with complimentary beach chairs and an umbrella for use during your stay.

Your reservation includes a one-time linen and towel set-up, an initial setup of trash liners, bathroom paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry, and dishwasher detergent. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the Rental Property. Rental Property has the right to charge for lost or damaged linens.

Bring your beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken out of the Property.

Restrictions

Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
Additional occupants must be approved and additional charges may apply.
Guests and any invitees of Guests shall obey all of the laws of the state of Florida and local laws, at all times while they are on the Rental Property including common areas of the resort.
No underage drinking or partying is allowed.
Most rental Properties are located within neighborhoods controlled by a homeowner or condo association. The associations have rules and regulations in place to keep all Owners and Guests safe, and these rules must be followed at all times. If rules are not followed then the Guests will be responsible for actions and/or fines enforced.
All Properties are NON-SMOKING PROPERTIES. Violators will be charged a fine of $750.
Pets are NOT PERMITTED in Rental Properties under any conditions unless Rental Property is designated as pet friendly. Violators will be charged a fine of $750. If a pet causes damage in a non-pet friendly Rental Property you will be held responsible for the cost of any damage caused by a pet.
No gas or charcoal grilling allowed in Rental Property or on balconies unless Rental Property is designated for grilling.
There may be a swimming pool and/or hot tub located in the neighborhood or on the premises of some of our rental properties. NO lifeguard/safety personnel are provided. Use the pool and other amenities at their own risk.
Diving or jumping into the pool or hot tub may result in head, neck, or spinal injuries. As the renter, you accept the risk of the pool and specifically agree that no minor will swim in the pool unaccompanied by an adult.
Pool heat at private home pools, if it is available, is offered seasonally between October and Early May, however, pools cannot be heated if the temperature is below fifty two (52) degrees or above eighty (80) degrees. For an additional cost the pool can be heated. Pool Heat must be purchased for entire/duration of stay and will be billed at the time of request for units that have a heater. Please coordinate with KEY for details about the additional cost. Allow forty-eight (48) hours for the pool heater to heat the pool water to the set temperature. Tampering with pool equipment may result in injury and/or a fine. All pool equipment must be operated by a licensed professional.
Pool is to be used by registered Guests and Guest invitees only.
No glass is allowed in pool area. There are no pool hours at private home pools, however, please be considerate of neighbors.
Neighborhood pools will have rules posted with varying hours, and all rules should be followed.
Please rinse off sand using outdoor shower before you enter the pool and when returning from the beach.
Music volume must be kept at a reasonable level.
Weddings and special events must be approved by the Owner and homeowner's association. Payment of additional fees and an additional written agreement is required.
Pet Policy
A non-refundable pet guest fee of $250 is charged for the first well-behaved pet and $100 fee for the second well-behaved pet. Maximum of 2 pets per pet-friendly property.
Pets are permitted in pet-friendly properties only. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds, unless a protective cover is used provided by guest. There is an extra pet cleaning fee if evidence of excessive pet hair is found in the home. In addition to PET FEE, any damage done by a guest’s pet, such as chewing furniture, staining carpet (pet urine), digging in the yard, etc. will be charged against the guest’s credit card and/or deducted from the damage deposit and the guest will be charged for carpet cleaning, odor removal, and flea spray if any evidence of a pet(s) is found in the rental home or on the premises.
Pets are not allowed in the pool or hot tub. Also, we require that guests pick up after their pet when the pet does its business. If poop is found in the front or back porch area, there will be an extra charge for cleanup.
All pets must be under the complete control of a responsible guest, and must be on a hand-held leash at all times. Aggressive or unruly dogs are not welcome for the safety of other guests and children in the area. If we receive one or more complaints regarding barking or aggressive pet behavior, the guest, with their pet will be asked to leave with forfeiture of all rents and security deposit.
