"This home had everything we needed for our multi family stay, including a new 6 passenger golf cart! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook with and to even have a shrimp boil! I loved that they have salt/pepper, and spices in the cabinet for you to use! Not to mention extra trash bags, paper goods, etc… most rentals clear that out between houseguests. It’s necessities like that, that provide a conscience. The house is very well maintained and even provide you with a Dyson stick vac so you can do quick cleanups and don’t have sand everywhere. We loved it here and will definitely be back!!"

Things you need to know

There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.

Restrictions

  • Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
  • The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
  • All guests shall abide by good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
  • No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
  • No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected. Use of charcoal grills is not allowed.
  • Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
  • We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to help protect against financial loss if you must cancel your reservation for a covered reason.
