This property in Old Greenwood is beautifully appointed and a wonderful place. The house is large and perfect for larger groups. The back patio has an easy to use fireplace, hot tub and BBQ. Old Greenwood is a lovely neighborhood with lots of amenities. And access to all the rest of beautiful Lake Tahoe is convenient. I highly recommend this property and rental company!

Things you need to know
Access to the amenities at the Pavilion at Old Greenwood are available for an extra fee paid in advance of your arrival. Rental guest fees are $85 per night and includes up to 12 registered people. Please note that there will be no refund for days/passes not used. Pavilion access needs to be requested prior to arrival. No access will be issued once in residence.

The 2025 Barracuda Championship, a PGA TOUR event, will take place July 14–20, 2025 at the Old Greenwood Golf Course. The community will have large crowds and the Pavilion access may be limited or inaccessible during this week.
This home has Ring smart home security cameras installed on the exterior of the home. Video coverage includes the walkway to the front deck and front deck area, driveway, and steps to the mudroom door. The devices capture video and audio for security purposes. No video or audio is recorded inside the home.
