KEY Curation Notes

A loft accessed by ladder adds a third sleeping option beyond the two bedrooms. It holds a twin bed with trundle and a small desk workspace, though it's open rather than fully enclosed, worth knowing for families with young kids or anyone wary of ladders.

Only the primary bedroom is a true ensuite. Its queen bed has a private bath; the second bedroom's queen-over-queen bunk with twin trundle shares the second full bathroom just outside.

A deck overlooking a creek gives this one a quieter outdoor feel, alongside a cozy fireplace in the open living area for evenings in.

This is a walk to Lionshead (about half a mile), not ski-in/ski-out, with a free bus stop just steps from the unit for getting to the slopes or into town.

A minimum age of 25 applies to book, and no parties are allowed. Smoking anywhere near the home carries a minimum $250 fine, and late checkout isn't available under any circumstances.

Parties and unauthorized gatherings are not permitted. Guests are expected to respect the property, neighboring residents, and all applicable noise policies. Violations may result in additional fees.

Prohibited Activities

Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited inside the home. Violations may result in a mitigation or cleaning fee.

Checkout & Care

Please remove your shoes upon entering the home.
Same-day early check-in requests may be submitted. Requests are subject to availability and, if approved, incur a $50 fee.
Late checkouts are not permitted. Failure to vacate by the designated checkout time will result in a $125 late checkout fee, with additional charges of up to one night's stay if it delays incoming guests.
Guests are responsible for ensuring all personal belongings are removed before departure. Returned items are subject to a $30 handling fee plus shipping costs.
