- The property is conveniently located just a quick walk to the Capitol South Metro stop (Blue / Orange line, five blocks away) and the Eastern Market Metro stop (Blue / Orange line, four blocks away). - Taxis and Uber are readily available on Capitol Hill, especially on major thoroughfares such as Pennsylvania Avenue. - Ronald Reagan National Airport is just a 15-minute cab ride away and is also accessible via the Blue Line metro. Street parking passes for Zone 6 are also available for tenants with cars.

5% Refund: Receive a 5% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days before check-in.
No Refund: Reservations canceled 29 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds subject to a 95% processing fee of the total.
Things you need to know
We are happy to provide both a Pack and Play and/or high chair. These must be reserved in advance and a $25 rental fee will be charged.

- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, or vaping) is not permitted any where in the interior of our building or within fifty (50) feet of our building, including outdoor spaces. Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke we will contact the booking service, terminate your stay, claim any and all damages and post the appropriate review.
- The home is equipped with noise monitoring devices (decibel readers), your privacy is safe however, noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay and are strictly enforced. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering or parties a representative will respond and your reservation will be terminated without refund. Please also note that all buildings and homes are equipped with some type of exterior camera that records the exterior and common areas to include all entries to the building.
- Do not flush the following items down the toilet, put them down drains, or in the garbage disposal, as they can cause plumbing issues: cooking grease, food, coffee grounds, feminine products (such as tampons), baby wipes, wet wipes, cleaning pads, dental floss, Q-tips, cotton balls, diapers, pills, paper towels, and tissues.
