Our hot tub is fully drained, thoroughly cleaned, and refilled with fresh water before every guest's arrival.
There are two homes on the property. Yet, we do not rent these out separately to two different groups. We primarily rent out the main home. Yet we can also rent out the main home and guest home as one rental if you have a larger group and need the space.
