Pack-n-play and high chair available upon request
The TVs in this property are smart, allowing you to log into your favorite streaming apps, including those for broadcast TV. There is no cable TV, so you'll need to use your own device to watch a game or any live channel. You can stream to the TV if you have an Apple device (iPhone, iPad). You can log into any streaming app for which you have an account. Please note that streaming app accounts are not provided.
Towels, linens, and extra pillows & blankets are provided.
Hygiene essentials such as shampoo and conditioner are provided.
Pool heat fee is $55/day. Pool takes 24 hours to heat up. If you want pool heated you must pay the fee for the entire stay.
The jacuzzi does not only operate for two hours. Regarding the jacuzzi, it is not that it only works for two hours, its system is programmed to run in cycles, which is why it may appear that way, but it can be used normally. For this reason, a remote control is provided at the property so that guests can easily activate the jacuzzi themselves. It can be found in the kitchen cabinets. To turn on the jacuzzi, the remote should be set to “Spa Mode.” There is no additional charge for using the jacuzzi. The heating is included at no extra cost.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- In South Florida, rain and high winds are common and may cause leaves to fall into the pool. A pool net is available by the pool equipment for your use between scheduled cleanings. The pool service comes every Tuesday and Friday.
- Some guests may find that the color of the water coming from the faucets may have a yellowish tint. The yellow coloration occurs naturally in regions across the nation where water flows through peat soil. The city's water comes from the Biscayne Aquifer. Fort Lauderdale's water is perfectly clean and potable.
- No loud music after 9 PM.
- We have a strict noise ordinance that must be followed. No loud noises, music, or load vehicles are allowed between the hours of 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. Please note if these are followed you can be fined and asked to vacate the property.
- It's prohibited to use or flush wipes down the toilet. If you do, you may be fined up to $1500 for any plumbing issues.
- Guest may not exceed Max Occupancy for Property at any time. If the Premises are used, in any way, by more than max allowed guests, the Guest and all others may be required to immediately leave the premises or be removed from the premises.
- No unlawful activity or any other activity that constitutes a nuisance is permitted on the Premises.
- Approved Guests take full responsibility for all lost or broken items and any damages to the Property of any kind.
- Should the Guest's use and activity require more than regular cleaning services, the Guest will be charged for associated excess costs.
- No smoking is allowed on the premises. If smoking does occur on the premises, the Guest is responsible for all damage caused by the smoking including, but not limited to, stains, burns, odors, and removal of debris. Guests may be required to immediately leave the premises, or be removed from the premises.
- Guest shall, on arrival, examine the premises, all furniture, furnishings, appliances, fixtures, and landscaping, if any, and shall immediately report, in writing, if any are not in operating condition or are in disrepair. Reporting repairs does not give the Guest the right to cancel this agreement or receive a refund of any payments made.
- You may ship directly to the home that you are staying in using FedEx or UPS while you are in the home, however, we can not guarantee delivery or security of the package. This will be up to the shipping client and the shipping receiver to arrange. We are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or delayed deliveries. Returning late deliveries after a guest has left will incur an additional fee, plus the cost of shipping.
- This property is in a residential area and may not be used for weddings, receptions, parties, or large gatherings. Any disruptive events could result in the eviction and forfeiture of the entire rental amount and security deposit.
- No illegal substances are allowed in the rental, and minors should not be in possession of alcohol. Violations will result in eviction from the property and no refunds will be issued.
- We cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control. This includes excessive noise from construction or public/private events, wildfire/smoke, weather-related interruptions, road closures, lack of snow, frozen pipes, interruption of services and utilities, or unexpected appliance breakdown.
