Things you need to know

This home cannot be rented for fewer than 31 nights per Newport Beach city ordinance.

Each of our vacation homes come supplied with a limited stock of paper goods and soaps to get most families through at least the first few days of their vacation. This initial supply will not be replenished or restocked during your stay, but should include most or all of the following: Paper towels, toilet paper, tissue boxes, liquid hand soap, body wash for the showers, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, sponges, and trash bags.

You will be supplied with a full set of sheets & towels, cooking supplies, dishes, and dishware.

Restrictions

  • Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
  • Please be aware there is construction next door. City construction hours are only allowed M-F 7am-5pm.
  • Any damages, lost items or cable/pay per view charges will be charged to the guest.
  • Please observe all street signs regarding street sweeping days.
