KEY Curation Notes

A short walk to Snow Park. Deer Valley's Snow Park Lodge is about a six-minute walk, with a free resort shuttle stop directly across the street and a free city bus stop a minute away. Main Street is a 10-minute bus ride or a short drive, and summer brings concerts at the Snow Park Outdoor Amphitheater.

Two king suites. Both bedrooms have king beds and en suite baths. The primary has a tub/shower combo, and the second has a walk-in shower that also serves as the hall bath. A full sleeper sofa sits in the living room, though occupancy is capped at four.

Log-cabin character on the third floor. Wood beams, vaulted ceilings, a stone hearth and an antler chandelier set the tone. The kitchen pairs stainless appliances with bar seating and dining for four, and a stacked washer and dryer are in the unit.

Private deck, no hot tub. The balcony overlooks the forest with a bistro table for two and a gas grill. There is no hot tub, and the stone fireplace is decorative only and not available for use.

No air conditioning. Central heat keeps winter comfortable, while summer relies on ceiling and portable fans. One parking spot is assigned in the shared garage.

Don't forget to check out the Park City Alpine Slide for a one-of-a-kind experience! When you are ready for a city adventure, the Main Street Historic District is a 5-minute drive or 10-minute bus ride away, where you will have access to multiple eateries, breweries, museums, shopping, and other unique entertainment options. - The home is on a FREE shuttle line, with a stop right across the street, quickly connecting you to the nearby ski lifts at Deer Valley Resort, your gateway to some of the best ski runs in Park City. You can also jump onto the FREE Park City Transit bus system at the Courchevel stop, just a one-minute walk from the condo, to be easily connected to Park City and the surrounding areas, including Park City Mountain Resort for more skiing fun. Historic downtown Park City is just a 10-minute bus ride or 4-minute drive away, where you can enjoy breweries, restaurants, shops, galleries, and festivals. Fireplace is not available for guest use.

There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property unless used for amenities outside the property such as shared hot tub and pool areas. Please return the linens in the Property after use.

Restrictions

Guests & Occupancy

Only registered guests may stay; exceeding occupancy results in eviction without refund (infants under 2 excluded). Additional per-guest fees may apply if group size increases after booking.
Guest is responsible for themselves, their party, and any visitors at all times. Children must be supervised, and an adult must be present when minors (under 16) use the property or amenities (if equipped).
Unregistered individuals are not permitted to stay and remain the sole responsibility of the booking guest.
No subletting or assignment of the rental is permitted.

Events & Noise

Excessive noise or disruptive behavior may result in eviction without refund.
Rowdy or disruptive conduct is not permitted; guests must behave responsibly and avoid causing damage.

Prohibited Activities

Smoking/Vaping: Strictly prohibited indoors; $500 fee applies if violated.
Emotional Support Animals: Require prior approval; unauthorized ESAs incur a $500 fee and eviction.

Equipment & Amenities

Appliances & Systems: Use all appliances and systems only for their intended purpose; guest is responsible for proper use and any resulting damage.
Septic System: Only toilet paper may be flushed. Improper use (e.g., feminine products) resulting in damage will be charged.
Linens & Towels: Must remain at the property unless used for shared amenities (if applicable); must be returned after use.
Parking: Lost parking passes/permits may incur fees up to $400 per pass/permit.

Checkout & Care

Guests must keep the property, furnishings, and contents in good condition throughout the stay.
