Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke we will contact the booking service, terminate your stay, claim any and all damages, and post the appropriate review.
  • This home is equipped with noise monitoring devices (decibel readers), your privacy is safe however, noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay and are strictly enforced. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering or parties a representative will respond and your reservation will be terminated without refund. Please also note that all buildings and homes are equipped with some type of exterior camera that records the exterior and common areas to include all entries to the building.
  • What NOT to Flush Down the Toilet or put down drains or in the garbage disposal - If found that these cause plumbing issues Property Management can and will charge the guest.
  • Cooking Grease/Food/Coffee grinds should never be poured down any drain, period.
  • Feminine Products. Tampons and other feminine hygiene products are not supposed to be flushed down the toilet.
