The house is a perfect get away! We loved staying at this house. The house has everything that you might need in for a stay from amenities to a gorgeous view! We just loved below things : 1. Mattress in Master Bedroom 2. Fully Functional Kitchen 3. Kids loved the bunker bed 4. Hot Tub 5. Gorgeous View from the Large Glass Window. This is a premium accomodation. It is also close enough to Sierra, Tube Tahoe, Heavenly. Shops and restaurants are about 3 to 5 miles away. We really enjoyed our stay here and would choose this again in future!

Our vacation home is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.
This home is not equipped with air-conditioning.
The grill and outdoor furniture may be stored and unavailable during winter months.
This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
The home is fully equipped with all your household essentials; basic cookware, a standard drip coffee maker, all linens, beach towels, all applicable detergents and soaps and a starter pack of paper products.
Pro housekeepers clean thoroughly and provide fresh linens before every stay.
Smart locks or lockboxes at many homes offer smooth, contactless check-in.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- This home cannot be used for any parties or weddings/receptions.
- Maximum allowable occupancy is 10 people and 6 cars, enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day (meaning that even an afternoon BBQ with too many people would be subject to citation/fine).
- Over-occupancy, excess vehicles, or excessive noise at any time of day will result in a guest fine up to $2,000 - in addition to any fines assessed against the homeowner by local authorities. Failure to observe the no-party policy may result in eviction.
- This home is located in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/noisy groups.
- Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited (gas grills are ok).
- You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
- No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected. Use of charcoal grills is not allowed.
- Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
- Events and commercial photography or filming are prohibited at the Property without our express written permission.
- Use of the Property for any criminal activity is prohibited and may result in fines, prosecution, and/or your immediate removal from the Property.
- All guests shall abide by our vacation home's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
