- Tucked into the trees just minutes from all the area’s attractions. - Central Gatlinburg’s shops, restaurants, and amenities, along with the Sugarlands entrance to Great Smoky Mountains National Park, lie 14 miles to the west, with lots of shops, restaurants, and other attractions along the way. - Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, 19 miles away; get a bird’s eye view of the mountains from Ober Gatlinburg; or escape into the woods on any of the park’s myriad hiking trails. Guests also have access to three outdoor pools in Cobbly Nob, the Cobbly Nob Clubhouse, and golf at Bent Creek Golf Course.

This place was perfect for a tranquil trip to the mountains. The views are stunning from every room. It was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information.
- The renter is liable for any damage to the property that occurs during occupancy.
- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
- The number of people present at the Property may not exceed the maximum posted occupancy unless we have given you advance written permission to hold an event at the Property, in which case the number of people present at the Property may not exceed the maximum number of people authorized by the Property Management.
- All guests shall abide good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
- Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property without our express written permission. (If approved, additional conditions and fees may apply.)
- Tents or other structures may not be erected.

- Use of the Property for any criminal activity is prohibited and may result in fines, prosecution, and/or your immediate removal from the Property.
- If the Property has access to amenities that are shared with other properties, such as a shared pool, hot tub, parking lot, or fitness center, the availability and condition of those amenities are outside our control.
