Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year
- Pool heat is available upon request prior to your arrival. This feature ensures your pool is a comfortable 87º from 7 AM to 7 PM throughout your entire stay. Rates vary seasonally: NOV-MAR at $75/night and APR/MAY/OCT at $50/night. Pool heat is not needed during the months not listed. Note that pool heating must be consecutive days and requires a minimum of 24-hour notice for optimal warmth on your first night.
- No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house
- 100% quiet hours outside from 10:00 pm-10:00 am
- An in-person check-in at the local property manager's office in Downtown Palm Springs will be required prior to accessing the home
- An ID will be required at the time of check-in
