Things you need to know
Luxury, high thread-count linens and plush towels are provided during your stay.
The amenities provided include laundry detergent, a well-stocked kitchen with appliances like a coffee maker, blender, and KitchenAid mixer, complimentary toiletries, and a starter supply of soaps and paper products such as paper towels and toilet paper. Other consumables are to be purchased by the Guest.
The property has fire alarms or smoke detectors installed and they are believed to function properly at the time of license.
Restrictions
- Outdoor spaces are not available for use from 10 PM to 7 AM.
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- No guests under 25 (without parent or legal guardian).
- The property does not operate as a venue. Reservations are for accommodations only.
- No Bachelor parties.
- No smoking anywhere on premises. All smoking rules include e-cigarettes and vapor use.
- Towels are never permitted to be taken from the house.
- Food in the refrigerator is available for use by the Guest, however, alcohol, wine, freezer items, pantry items, are not for the use of the Guest unless specifically indicated.
- Swim at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty.
- Fireworks and other hazardous materials shall not be used in or around the property.
- Guests are not permitted to access areas designated as "owner's closet" or other spaces marked as "private", even if unlocked. These areas contain the homeowner's belongings as well as cleaning supplies and potentially hazardous chemicals that could pose risks to both children and adults.
