Essentials include hangers, an iron, linens, shampoo, towels, body soap, an ironing board, shower gel, and a hair dryer.
Kitchen is equipped with blender, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, wine glasses, cooking basics, stove, and dishes utensils.
Restrictions
- Electricity costs are extremely high in Mexico. It is already included in the payment of your stay, however, we always recommend responsible use of electricity, especially AC.
- The cleaning fee you pay, only includes the cleaning and disinfection of the property before and after your reservation. Additional cleaning/change of linen and towels has an extra fee.

- To enter the rental destination country, you must have a valid Passport. This applies to children, toddlers, and infants. Consult with your country’s Embassy prior to travel to ensure you will not be denied entry into your destination country.

- We do not offer refunds or reschedule trips due to hurricane activity. If you are concerned about possible interruption, cancellation or delayed travel due to tropical occurrences, you are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance.
- A $150 fee may be charged for ionization, if smoking in the property is detected.
