Pool heat is $250 per day.
The home has one interior camera located near the front door, pointed directly and only at the glass front door. There are also exterior cameras located at the main guest entry points and backyard. Please understand that these security cameras are in place for the safety and protection of our guests as well as the property and homeowner.
The neighborhood is constantly striving to be the best destination for entertainment, dining, and staying. As a result, there is construction going on in the area surrounding the home. The construction work begins in the morning and concludes by late afternoon for the day. To ensure that the noise does not disturb your sleep, we provide earplugs.
The home comes with the following items: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, dish soap, dish sponges, laundry detergent, silverware, plates, cups/glassware, cooking utensils, pots & pans, body wash, shampoo, bath towels, washcloths, bed linens & blankets, pillows, and pool towels.
Rollaway beds, pack ‘n plays, and high chairs are available upon request and may incur a charge.
No special events unless approved in writing (special event fees apply).
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- No additional occupants unless approved in writing.
- This property is equipped with noise monitoring devices, security cameras, and other party prevention equipment. Violations of house rules will result in immediate eviction without refund.
- Scottsdale city ordinance states that short-term rentals shall not be used for parties or events, and occupancy is limited to six adults and their dependents.
- You may ship packages at your own risk. Please notify us if you will be shipping to the house prior to your arrival and we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, we cannot guarantee the security of your packages as the home may be occupied by other guests.
