On Saturdays, visitors can stroll through the Arlington Farmers Market and Arlington Urban Village Market for fantastic locally produced foods and a variety of crafts and antiques. - If you are looking for something unique, antique or distinct, the Urban Village Market (located on 15th Street near the Courthouse Metro station) is a good bet. 5% Refund: Receive a 5% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days before check-in.
No Refund: Reservations canceled 29 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds subject to a 95% processing fee of the total.
Things you need to know
Essentials include an iron, bed linens, shampoo, hangers, and a hair dryer.
We are happy to provide both a Pack and Play and/or high chair. These must be reserved in advance and a $25 rental fee will be charged.
Bike storage lockers are available for a minimum of $10 per 30 days.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Some buildings or insurance providers require that we collect identification from our guest. You agree to provide this information upon the confirmation of your booking to the reservation can be cancelled. This policy is also in place to keep you and our guests and tenants safe.
- Smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, or vaping) is not permitted any where in the interior of our building or within fifty (50) feet of our building, including outdoor spaces. Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke we will contact the booking service, terminate your stay, claim any and all damages and post the appropriate review.
- The home is equipped with noise monitoring devices (decibel readers), your privacy is safe however, noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay and are strictly enforced. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering or parties a representative will respond and your reservation will be terminated without refund. Please also note that all buildings and homes are equipped with some type of exterior camera that records the exterior and common areas to include all entries to the building.
- Do not flush the following items down the toilet, put them down drains, or in the garbage disposal, as they can cause plumbing issues: cooking grease, food, coffee grounds, feminine products (such as tampons), baby wipes, wet wipes, cleaning pads, dental floss, Q-tips, cotton balls, diapers, pills, paper towels, and tissues.
