Neighborhood: Rosemary Beach - Located on floor 1; Seacrest. - Camp Creek Lake is only three miles away and the perfect place to go paddleboarding. Six and a half miles away, you find Point Washington State Forest featuring the Eastern Lake Trail System with bike and hiking trails. 30Angler is less than two miles away for fishing along some of the most beautiful limestone reefs on the Gulf Coast. Of course, there are plenty of surfing opportunities along the beach.

Parking information

- Outdoor, no assigned spaces. Limit two cars per reservation. No boats, trailers, RVs, or jet skis.

We really enjoyed the spaciousness of this condo. Kitchen was well equipped for baking. Close to beach access point. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable beds!

Beach service and bicycle rentals (March - October)

This condo has access to the elevator of the building.

This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

Rental includes linens, towels, and iron.

Restrictions

Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
All guests shall abide by good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected.
The use of charcoal grills is not allowed.
The renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
Use of the Property for any criminal activity is prohibited and may result in fines, prosecution, and/or your immediate removal from the Property.
The Property is provided as is, and we are not responsible for the inoperability or unavailability of any amenities.
You acknowledge that if the Property has access to amenities that are shared with other properties, such as a shared pool, hot tub, parking lot, or fitness center, the availability and condition of those amenities are outside our control.
