50% Refund: Receive a 50% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 14 days before check-in.
No Refund: Reservations canceled 13 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds subject to a 50% processing fee of the total.

This property is only available for monthly stays with a minimum of 31 nights. If you are interested in short-term stays, please coordinate.

Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Specific furniture and furnishing items, landscaping, and layout may vary from photographs of the Property.
- Pool Heating Fee, which is $300 for initial set up and use, plus a daily fee of $100 per day the pool remains heated. Guest may not tamper with or touch the pool equipment, including but not limited to the pool heater, pumps, and filters.
- Child safety fencing is not provided in the Property.
- Cook only in areas of the Property specifically designated for cooking.
- Neighborhood construction or similar disruptive activity has been disclosed to the Guest if known to the Manager upon execution of this Agreement.
- The Property is under 24-hour video outdoor-only surveillance for the Guest’s protection as well as for the management of the Property. Any tampering with or disabling of the security system or cameras, or obstructing the view of a camera, will result in security visiting the Property immediately to restore view of the Property, immediate eviction and/or termination of this Agreement, and forfeiture of the Security Deposit without advance notice.
- If any furniture is moved and not returned to its original location, the Guest shall be charged a $1000 furniture relocation fee.
