This was our first time visiting Palmilla and we booked this house last minute and couldn't have been happier with our decision! We loved that it was a stand-alone house close to everything- had a great front porch and balcony, high-end appliances/finishes and a well stocked board games cabinet with something for people of all ages! Beachin' Bungalow will be at the top of our list for future Palmilla trips! Well done!

90% Refund: Receive a 90% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days before check-in.
No Refund: Reservations canceled 29 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.

Things you need to know
Before every stay, we stock your home with basic toiletries, paper goods, and cleaning supplies, so guests have everything they need.
Community pools heated during our cooler months.
During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services.
This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
Restrictions
Guests & Occupancy
- Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- The number of guests may not exceed the number listed on the reservation. Unauthorized guests are not permitted.
- The primary renter must be present for the entire stay and is fully responsible for the conduct, damages, and compliance of all guests and invitees.
- The home is for temporary lodging only and may not be used as a permanent residence or for commercial purposes.
Events & Noise
- No events, parties, weddings, or gatherings are allowed without prior written approval (additional conditions and fees may apply).
- Noise audible outside the home during quiet hours is prohibited and may result in fines or removal without refund.
Prohibited Activities
- No pets allowed unless explicitly approved in the reservation. Unauthorized pets may result in fees up to $1,000. Service animals permitted as required by law; emotional support animals are not allowed unless approved as pets.
- No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, including indoor and outdoor areas. Violations may result in additional cleaning fees up to $500+.
- Any illegal activity (including illegal downloads using the property’s internet) is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal, fines, or legal action.
- No commercial photography or filming without written approval.
- No fireworks, tents, or temporary structures allowed. Charcoal grills are not permitted.
Equipment & Amenities
- Guests must follow all posted parking rules and local regulations.
- Any locked or owner-only areas are strictly off-limits.
- Internet access (if provided) may not be used for unlawful activity. Violations may be reported to service providers or authorities.
Checkout & Care
- Property Care: Guests must treat the home with care, secure doors and windows, and leave the property in the same condition as arrival.
- Damage: Any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required during the stay will be charged to the card on file.
Liability & Disclaimers
- Guests are responsible for all damages, losses, fines, or violations incurred during their stay, including HOA or municipal penalties.
- Violations may result in additional cleaning fees (up to $500+), damage charges, fines, or immediate removal without refund.
- Invalid or unverifiable payment methods may result in cancellation or eviction. Proof of identity and payment authorization may be required.
