- Age Requirements: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old to book and check in.
- Occupancy: Guest counts must match the reservation; unauthorized or unregistered overnight guests are prohibited.
- Rental Requirements: A signed digital short-term rental agreement, government-issued photo ID, and credit card details are required prior to arrival.
Events & Noise
- Events: Large gatherings, commercial events, and unauthorized parties are prohibited.
- Quiet Hours: Neighborhood quiet hours must be observed, typically from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Prohibited Activities
- Pets: Pets and emotional support animals are not permitted on the property.
- Smoking/Vaping: Smoking or vaping of any substance is prohibited inside the residence and throughout the estate grounds.
- Hazardous Materials: Storage or use of gasoline, commercial solvents, and other hazardous combustibles is prohibited.
- Exterior Items: Objects, signage, and garments may not be placed between window glass and interior blinds.
Equipment & Amenities
- Winter Access: Four-wheel drive (4WD) vehicles are highly encouraged during winter months for safer driveway navigation.
- Fire Pit: Use of the outdoor fire pit (if equipped) must comply with city ordinances and seasonal wood-burning bans.
- Locks: Guests may not change or add secondary locks to interior or exterior doors.
- Maintenance Access: Property management reserves the right to provide utility or emergency maintenance personnel access with notice.
