KEY Curation Notes

No private hot tub. The listing explicitly confirms none on the property. The SunPeak Recreation Center less than a mile away has a community hot tub, seasonal outdoor pools, and fitness and court facilities — but that's a short drive, not steps from the door.
Wood-burning fireplace with gas assist is the centerpiece of the living room. Vaulted ceilings and large windows add to the open feel; back patio has a fire pit and outdoor seating.
Primary suite is notably well-appointed. King bed, ensuite with jetted tub and glass-enclosed shower, dedicated workspace with desk and monitor, and a treadmill — well suited to longer stays or remote work trips.
