Things you need to know

_--Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count, including a queen-sized sleeper sofa located upstairs. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.--_

Pool heat is not available during the summer months.

Pool heat is available for an additional fee, but must be requested at least 48 hours before your stay.

Please note that Landscaping will be onsite every Wednesday.

Each room is outfitted with linens, towels, fluffy pillows and comforters. Linens are available for additional sleeping arrangements.

Restrictions

  • Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
  • Please note that the large open spaces on the property are only mowed twice per year. The property is in a rural area and the large grassy areas are not manicured in hopes of preserving the natural ecosystems and habitat.
  • This neighborhood has an ordinance requiring any noise or activity during the day under 50 DBA. It is also under a strict, zero tolerance no noise ordinance outside from 10pm to 8am.
  • This home is located in a neighborhood with a strict noise ordinance policy and therefore is only suitable for quieter groups. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home, otherwise, if violations occur you may be subject to a fine that can reach up to $10,000.
  • This is a smoke-free home. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $500 fee for additional cleaning and other related costs, in addition to the Guest being responsible for any damages attributable to smoking beyond said fee.
  • Guests will not use the Property for any commercial purpose, including professional filming and photography purposes at the Accommodation without prior written permission.
  • Guest will not make any alterations in or about the Property including, but not limited to, moving furniture, painting, wallpapering, adding or changing locks, installing antenna or satellite dish(es), placing signs, displays or exhibits or using screws, fastening devices, nails or adhesive materials anywhere on the Property.
  • Without prior approval, fireworks of any type are strictly prohibited at the Property.
  • All trash must be taken out and placed in trash bins.
