KEY Curation Notes

This is the smaller of two connected Bridge Street units, and can be booked alongside its two-bedroom neighbor for larger groups needing more space. Both share the same unbeatable Vail Village address, steps from Gondola One.

Only the primary bedroom is a suite. It has a queen bed and ensuite bath; the second bedroom's bunk setup suits kids well, and the third's twin beds share a separate full bath down the hall.

Air conditioning here is a genuine rarity for Vail, alongside an in-unit washer and dryer and a ski closet right at the entrance.

Parking isn't included and isn't nearby. Guests park at a paid garage in the village and walk in, since no on-site spaces come with the unit.

Quiet hours and a strict no-party policy apply here, with a $1,000 smoking remediation fee and no late checkouts, worth setting expectations around for a group booking.

Homes at the Vail Village base do not include parking; there are no designated parking spaces. Guests will need to secure parking at a nearby paid parking garage for the duration of their stay.

Traveling with a larger group? This unique suite can be booked with the adjacent two-bedroom residence, allowing your group to stay close while still enjoying the comfort and privacy of separate accommodations.

We do not keep propane or firewood stocked for liability reasons; we recommend checking that the tank doesn't need to be filled if you plan to use any amenities requiring propane during your stay. If you do need to get the tank refilled, please let us know and we'd be happy to reimburse you! If you are utilizing an amenity with propane, please be sure to close the tank when not in use.

To make your stay more comfortable, we provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For extended stays, guests are responsible for replenishing additional items needed.

Parties and unauthorized gatherings are not permitted. Guests are expected to respect the property, neighboring residents, and all applicable noise policies. Violations may result in additional fees.
Guests must observe applicable quiet hours and comply with local noise ordinances to avoid disturbing neighbors.

Prohibited Activities

Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited inside the home. Violations may result in a mitigation or cleaning fee.

Checkout & Care

Please remove your shoes upon entering the home.
Same-day early check-in requests may be submitted. Requests are subject to availability and, if approved, incur a $50 fee.
Late checkouts are not permitted. Failure to vacate by the designated checkout time will result in a $125 late checkout fee, with additional charges of up to one night's stay if it delays incoming guests.
Guests are responsible for ensuring all personal belongings are removed before departure. Returned items are subject to a $30 handling fee plus shipping costs.
