Come enjoy this four bedroom four bath duplex that can sleep up to twelve people with the add on of the sleeper sofas. Blue Lagoon House is located on North Shore which is just a few blocks from the renowned shopping and dining of Pine Avenue and features a large, shared heated pool. Upon entry in both units you will find the open living area complete with a queen pull out sofa bed and flat screen TV where you can relax after long day in the sun. Off the living room you will find the fully stocked kitchen complete with granite counter tops and everything you will need to make a quick snack or full course meal. Both bedrooms are located off the living room. One room on each side features a king size bed with flat screen TV and the other features queen size bed on the north side and two twin beds on the south side, both complete with flat screen TV and en suite bathroom. But that is not all, off the kitchen you can step out back to your patio area complete with gas BBQ and dining area. Directly off the patio is the pool area and you will not be disappointed. The heated pool is large and the outdoor living space is perfect for entertaining or relaxing and enjoying the sun. There are separate, gated entries to the pool for both sides of the duplex. Even though the pool is shared there are separate areas for each side to enjoy dining alfresco or just relax in the outdoor area. This home also comes with a washer and dryer in the unit along with WIFI throughout and beach cart with beach chairs and umbrellas for use during your stay.
