Neighborhood: Holiday Isle One of the other really cool things about this condo is you can walk out the back of the building over to the Harbor (about 50 ft) and you can hop on the Destin Water Taxi and have them take you across the Harbor to any restaurant or destination you desire. This makes having a long day by the pool or on the beach so much fun and much more responsible knowing you don't have to drive anywhere for lunch or dinner. We absolutely love doing this and hitting up our favorite restaurants like Boshamps, Harbor Docks, Marina Cafe, Louisiana Lagniappe, AJ's, Boat House, Tailfins, Dewey Destin's and so many other cool spots along the waterfront of the Harbor.

Things you need to know

The property is stocked with bedding and kitchen essentials such as dishware and utensils.

Please bring your own propane, charcoal, wood, and grilling utensils for the community grill and firepit during your stay.

Napkins, condiments, cooking spices, and coffee filters are other things you may want to purchase. Other items you might want to consider bringing or renting include cribs, pack-n-plays, high chairs, and any other items required by the youngest travelers in your group.

An initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags is provided on your arrival for your first 24 hours, but you will want to pick up additional supplies to get you through the remainder of your stay.

Bath towels are provided, beach towels are not, so be sure to bring yours from home.

Restrictions

  • Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
  • Some events require permits and/or approval from associations and in many instances, an additional fee may be required based on the event and property. It is the guest’s responsibility to contact the corresponding associations and/or representatives to ensure compliance.
  • Remove all umbrellas, chairs, and toys from the beach each day. Items left on the beach after sunset or placed on the beach before sunrise will be removed by Code Enforcement and may not be recoverable.
  • All properties are for family rentals only. No properties will be rented to vacationing students or adults under the age of 25 who are unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian.
  • We do not guarantee internet connectivity.
  • Private grills, community grills, and firepits are available at select properties as a courtesy and are to be used solely at your own risk. Propane, charcoal, wood, and grilling utensils, as well as proper grill and firepit usage, are your responsibility.
  • We cannot predict construction plans in the area and therefore, cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience. No refunds will be given in the event of nearby construction or on-site construction.
  • Renters accept all responsibility for the risk of using pools and Jacuzzis. Diving or jumping into pools or Jacuzzis may result in head, neck, or spinal injuries. Guests must accompany all minors in their party to pools and Jacuzzis.
  • The Renter agrees that we shall not be liable to Renter, Renter’s Guests, Invitees, or any Person for any injury, loss, or damage to any Person or Property on or about the rental premises.
  • The Homeowner Association has strict rules in many cases regarding parking, garbage removal, and towels hanging from balconies, trailers, and RVs. In the event of non-compliance guests are responsible for any fines that may be imposed. Guests are encouraged to be good neighbors.
