Located in the heart of Lionshead Village, this inviting mountain retreat combines exceptional comfort with one of Vail's most desirable locations. Just a short walk from the Eagle Bahn Gondola and Vail Ski Resort, the home places skiing, dining, boutique shopping, and year-round mountain activities right outside the door. Inside, thoughtfully updated interiors feature a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a spacious living area with a cozy gas fireplace, and comfortable gathering spaces designed for relaxing after a day of adventure. A private porch with partial mountain views provides a peaceful place to unwind, while access to resort-style amenities—including a pool, hot tub, and fitness center—adds even more to the experience. Additional conveniences such as in-unit laundry, smart TVs throughout, elevator access, garage parking, and easy access to public transportation make every stay effortless. Whether spending the day on the slopes, exploring the charm of Vail, or enjoying time together by the fire, this well-appointed retreat offers the perfect setting for an unforgettable mountain getaway.

KEY Curation Notes

Two of the three bedrooms are true ensuites, a genuine plus for a group of six: a queen room near the kitchen and a king primary down the hall, each with its own bath. The third is a full-over-full bunk room using the hallway bathroom.

Pool, hot tub, and gym access come free at the nearby Landmark Vail, a short walk from the condo, on top of the building's own elevator access and one assigned garage parking spot.

No air conditioning here, as with most Vail mountain homes. Fans are provided, and cross-ventilation from the windows handles most of the warmth, with cooler evenings settling in after sundown.

A 2023 remodel brought new appliances and furniture throughout, alongside a full-size washer and dryer tucked into the front bedroom's ensuite bath.

No parties, and smoking anywhere in the unit carries a minimum $250 fine. Late checkout isn't available due to cleaning schedules, running $125 if missed.

Full Refund: Receive a full refund (excluding credit card fees) when you cancel your reservation at least 31 days before check-in.

No Refund: Reservations canceled 30 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.

Refunds subject to a 5% processing fee of the total.

Smoking outside is ok but please keep a distance from the windows and doors.

We do not keep propane stocked for liability reasons; we recommend checking that the tank doesn't need to be filled if you plan to use any amenities requiring propane during your stay. If you do need to get the tank refilled, please let us know and we'd be happy to reimburse you! If you are utilizing an amenity with propane, please be sure to close the tank when not in use.

You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home except the owner's closet.

There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access.

Reservations may be subject to additional guest fees based on the number of occupants.

Events & Noise

Parties and unauthorized gatherings are not permitted. Guests are expected to respect the property, neighboring residents, and all applicable noise policies. Violations may result in additional fees.
Guests must observe applicable quiet hours and comply with local noise ordinances to avoid disturbing neighbors.

Prohibited Activities

Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited inside the home. Violations may result in a mitigation or cleaning fee.

Checkout & Care

Please remove your shoes upon entering the home.
Same-day early check-in requests may be submitted. Requests are subject to availability and, if approved, incur a $50 fee.
Late checkouts are not permitted. Failure to vacate by the designated checkout time will result in a $125 late checkout fee, with additional charges of up to one night's stay if it delays incoming guests.
Guests are responsible for ensuring all personal belongings are removed before departure. Returned items are subject to a $30 handling fee plus shipping costs.
