Inside, the home is fully stocked for comfort and connection, from the chef’s kitchen with stainless steel appliances and wine fridge, to the multiple Roku-equipped TVs and JBL speaker system. Had a wonderful month stay in this La Quinta paradise. A very responsive host and a beautiful home will usually make for a positive experience. There are no negatives to report. The home is spacious, well appointed, conveniently located, has everything you need and has the most beautiful backyard and pool area. We felt right at home the entire stay in a peaceful neighborhood right next to anything you need, including several grocery stores, Target, every kind of restaurant you could want, and near local attractions. We definitely recommend a stay here for you and your family or friends. Its perfect!

Things you need to know
A large number of beach towels for the pool and outside are provided.
You'll have access to the entire home.
Nest thermostats are scheduled to cool to 78F during the day and 75F at night.
There is an optional fee to heat the pool. The request to heat the pool should be made at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. Please note this service is an additional $99 added to your stay each night you use the pool heating service; a minimum of 2 nights is required. Pool heating must be consecutive days, not broken up.
Bed linens, towels, and extra pillows & blankets are provided.
Restrictions
- This property is currently available for rentals of more than 30 days, and inquiries are welcome for multi-month stays.
- No parties, large gatherings, or extra guests allowed. All guests staying overnight must be listed on the reservation.
- Adult guests requesting to book and staying at the home must be at least age 25 at the time of booking.
- La Quinta has a noise ordinance and quiet hours from 10pm to 7am. Noise levels must remain below 70 decibels at all times of day. Noise is actively monitored at the home using a noise sensor.
- We have regular maintenance services coming to the house, including pool, pest, and gardening. Schedules are posted at the home. Schedule alteration requests by guests will not be accommodated.
- Guests will be responsible for putting trash bins to the curb weekly during their stay, as well as ensuring bins are returned to side of the house for storage between collection days. Any citations for sanitation violations issued by the city of La Quinta will be charged to the guest.
- Any requests made less than 24 hours may not result in optimal usage and are ineligible for refund.
- Guests are welcome to have mail or packages delivered to the property during their stay; however, deliveries are made at the guest’s own risk. The host/owner is not responsible for any lost, delayed, or undelivered mail or packages.
- Please note that the property’s mailing address is typically forwarded to an offsite location, which may cause delays or affect deliveries.
- The Guest is responsible for any breakage or damage costs (or related costs) in or to the property - along with any extra costs that may result.
- The Guest is obliged not to make any changes in the rented property without prior receipt of agreement from the Owner in writing.
- The Guest waives, discharges, and agrees to hold harmless Owner from all damages or injuries arising from or related to the Guest's stay at Property, including without limitation, any accidents or injury to the Guest, Guest’s visitors and associates, and loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. The Guest is responsible for keeping his valuables safe at all times.
