KEY Curation Notes

Ski-out access from Ridgepoint. This Deer Valley townhome sits in the Ridgepoint community with ski-out access in winter and direct trail connections for hiking and biking in summer — less than half a mile from Silver Lake Village and 3.5 miles from Historic Main Street.
Every bedroom has blackout shades; the primary has an en-suite. The king primary suite includes a walk-in shower and private bathroom. The two guest bedrooms — one king, one with two twins — share a second full bathroom with shower/tub combo.
Private hot tub off the lower deck. The third bedroom opens directly onto the lower deck and a private hot tub.
Wolf/Sub-Zero kitchen with a wood-burning fireplace. The open-concept main level centers on a gourmet kitchen with professional appliances and a breakfast bar for five, alongside a wood-burning fireplace and mountain views.
Loft with queen sleeper sofa. The upper-level loft adds a flexible lounge and sleeping option — useful if the three bedrooms are spoken for.

It was a glorious autumn during our stay for the month of September in Park City. This property offered us unparalleled access to Deer Valley. The setting is beautiful. We relished playing tennis and pickleball right on property. Easy walking access to trails and restaurants. The home is well appointed, comfortable and immaculate. We could not have enjoyed our stay more!

Ski Access Instructions:

Ski-out via the trail that connects to Last Chance and Success runs down to Snow Park Lodge. Ski-in via Home Stake or Carpenter Express, then take Silver Link to the return trail, followed by a slight walk back to the home.
