This is the most well appointed home I’ve ever stayed in. It is immaculately clean, they went above and beyond to fully outfit the kitchen and the outdoors. Their linens are cozy and crisp and they clearly spared no expense on all the mattresses. The outside is so deceiving, it’s HUGE! There is ample space to be together, but plenty of space if you want your privacy. They have a hammock area, yoga area, and a cornhole area. The pool area is impeccably outfitted and maintained. Each of the bedrooms are spectacularly decorated. The management team was easy to communicate with as well. I feel lucky that I no longer have to search a place to stay in Palm Springs. We will 100% be back!

- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- One-day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of $72 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact us after booking to purchase pool and pool spa heat for their stay.
- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
- All guests shall abide by good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected.
- The use of charcoal grills is not allowed.
- The renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
- Use of the Property for any criminal activity is prohibited and may result in fines, prosecution, and/or your immediate removal from the Property.
- The Property is provided as is, and we are not responsible for the inoperability or unavailability of any amenities.
- You acknowledge that if the Property has access to amenities that are shared with other properties, such as a shared pool, hot tub, parking lot, or fitness center, the availability and condition of those amenities are outside our control.
