Hop on the water taxi and head across to the harbor for a scenic lunch with waterfront views or to experience some of Destin’s top nightlife spots.

Our family of 15 had an incredible time at this house. We had plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was perfect the long table was great so everyone could sit together. The 1st floor bunk room is such an awesome room even better than the pictures showed. The communication was outstanding, anytime I texted I received an immediate text back. We used the bikes, they were easy to access and we were able to contact a water taxi to take us to the Destin Harbor Boardwalk. I strongly recommend this house, everything was perfect!

Guests & Occupancy
- Primary renter must be at least 25 years old and present for the entire stay; no exceptions
- Up to 24 guests; exceeding limit may result in additional fees or immediate eviction
- Reservation holder is responsible for all guests and compliance with house rules
- Intended for family-style stays only; unauthorized gatherings are not permitted
Events & Noise
- Weddings are not permitted.
- Large gatherings or parties are strictly prohibited without approval
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM per local ordinance
- Outdoor noise must not exceed 50 decibels during quiet hours; indoor noise must not be audible when doors and windows are closed
Prohibited Activities
- Pets: Allowed with prior disclosure; $200 per stay fee; typically dogs only; restricted from pool areas and beach per local regulations
- Smoking/vaping: Strictly prohibited anywhere on the property; violations may incur fees
