The side by side apartments were beautiful and so perfect for our adult sibling reunion. We had everything we needed, and the places were spacious, comfortable, and so thoughtfully and beautifully decorated. Communication was excellent, location was great - short Lyft to Broadway, and having a pool on-site in the hot, hot summer was a huge bonus. Would highly recommend!

We do not supply baby gear, travel cribs, or other children’s items.
Stairs may be required if the elevator is unusable in an emergency.
The pool is seasonal, open from mid-May through mid-September.
Pool towels are provided for each guest during the open season.
Starter Selection of Coffee Sachets, K-Cups, Tea Bags, Sugar Packets & Mini Flavored Creamers is included.
Small Toiletries & Forgot-It Items, Vegan / Gluten-Free Bath Products (Signature Amenities) are provided.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- A separate rental agreement is required and you will receive a link to e-sign it upon booking. The rental agreement must be signed for our system to activate door codes for entry during check-in.
- We do not allow local guests and request that you message us before booking if you have a special situation that you would like us to consider.
- We do not allow luggage drop-off. Several great local companies are available to assist with your bags and transportation needs, leaving you free to explore! Information on secure luggage storage, transportation services, discounts, and more are provided at booking or by request.
- Please be aware that our home is not “Child-Proofed”. We ask that you please be mindful of breakables, furnishings, art, and other items or areas that may not be suitable for unattended children.
