Villa Palmilla is nothing short of spectacular. This charming property is perfectly situated on a fabulous street with ocean views. It's located in the prestigious Palmilla community, making it a peaceful retreat while still being close to local shops and restaurants. The sound of the waves lapping against the shore was a soothing backdrop to our vacation. The house is beautifully decorated vibe with modern amenities. The open-concept living/kitchen area was perfect for family to gather. Each bedroom is exquisite with plenty of space and lovely decor. We loved the deck off the living room/kitchen where we spent mornings enjoying coffee and sunsets with champagne. The outdoor shower was lovely allowing us to rinse off after a day at the beach. Wi-fi was amazing! Villa Palmilla exceeded our expectations. Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway or a family vacation, this place has it all. We can't wait to return!

During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services.

This rental is located on floor 2.

Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors.

Before every stay, we stock your home with basic toiletries, paper goods, and cleaning supplies, so guests have everything they need.
