The well-appointed kitchen is a cook's delight, featuring a gas stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and Keurig Coffee Maker. Equipped with all essential cookware, utensils, and dining sets, it's perfect for preparing home-cooked meals or enjoying takeout at the dining room table. The home is meticulously maintained with a vacuum, broom, Swiffer, and ironing board readily available. Plus, with washers and dryers on each floor, The Muriel ensures a seamless and comfortable stay, making it an ideal retreat for both relaxation and productivity.

Just outside the central business district on the edge of Rock Creek Park, pre-war apartment buildings and lively restaurants line Connecticut Avenue and pricey townhomes and private schools fill the side streets. - Metro (Woodley Park Zoo / red line), a few hundred feet away, unlocks the city. - Rock Creek Parkway is a few blocks away, which means a fast and scenic drive to the monuments, US Capitol and Northern Virginia (DCA Airport, National Landing) and fantastic access to the trails and nature of Rock Creek Park itself. - Connecticut Avenue is a prestigious corridor through the wealthiest neighborhoods of DC linking downtown to Bethesda Maryland.

No Refund: Reservations canceled 29 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.

Things you need to know
You have the option of converting the king sized bed into two twin sized beds. If you'd like to move forward with this bed conversion, please make this request 48 hours prior to your arrival.
Essentials include an iron, bed linens, and a hair dryer.
We are happy to provide both a Pack and Play and/or high chair. These must be reserved in advance and a $25 rental fee will be charged.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- This property requires a $45 application fee and a signed lease.
- Smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, or vaping) is not permitted any where in the interior of our building or within fifty (50) feet of our building, including outdoor spaces. Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke we will contact the booking service, terminate your stay, claim any and all damages and post the appropriate review.
- Do not flush the following items down the toilet, put them down drains, or in the garbage disposal, as they can cause plumbing issues: cooking grease, food, coffee grounds, feminine products (such as tampons), baby wipes, wet wipes, cleaning pads, dental floss, Q-tips, cotton balls, diapers, pills, paper towels, and tissues.
- The home is equipped with noise monitoring devices (decibel readers), your privacy is safe however, noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay and are strictly enforced. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering or parties a representative will respond and your reservation will be terminated without refund. Please also note that all buildings and homes are equipped with some type of exterior camera that records the exterior and common areas to include all entries to the building.
