This two-story townhouse is accessed via three steps.
The home is fully equipped with all your household essentials; basic cookware, all linens, beach towels, all applicable detergents and soaps, and a starter pack of paper products.
Pro housekeepers clean thoroughly and provide fresh linens before every stay.
Smart locks or lockboxes at many homes offer smooth, contactless check-in.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.
- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
- No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected. The use of charcoal grills is not allowed.
- The renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
- Events and commercial photography or filming are prohibited at the Property without our express written permission.
- Use of the Property for any criminal activity is prohibited and may result in fines, prosecution, and/or your immediate removal from the Property.
- All guests shall abide by our vacation home's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
