The backyard set up and pool were excellent. The interior is fun color & good design. Different enough from our real lives to know we were on vacation. House is big enough so as a family of 5 we could hang out together but still have our own space when needed. Close drive or bike ride to downtown, pickle ball courts & groceries.

90% Refund: Receive a 90% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days before check-in.
No Refund: Reservations canceled 29 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds subject to a 10% processing fee of the total.
Things you need to know
Two days notification is required in order to heat the pool spa. A fee of USD 49 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact us after booking to purchase pool spa heat for your stay.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
- All guests shall abide by good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
- No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected. Use of charcoal grills is not allowed.
- We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to help protect against financial loss if you must cancel your reservation for a covered reason.
- Because the property is a privately owned home, all occupants must comply with this good neighbor policy. Please treat the property with the same care you would use with your own residence and leave it in the same condition it was in when you arrived.
- Close and lock doors and windows when you are not present at the property and upon check-out.
- Events and commercial photography or filming are prohibited at the property without our express written permission. (If approved, additional conditions and fees may apply.)
- The use of charcoal grills is not permitted.
- The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.
