The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed, which can be arranged as two single-sized beds upon request. The second bedroom features a cozy bunk bed, perfect for accommodating two guests. Both bedrooms are adorned with fresh, high-quality cotton sheets and luxurious duvets for a restful night's sleep. Additional sleeping space can be found in the comfortable pull-out sofa bed in the living area. Guests will appreciate the full-sized, well-appointed bathroom stocked with fresh towels, toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and face soap. For those seeking relaxation, the property features a shared terrace with a hot tub, available upon request with 24-hour notice (subject to approval). Please note that the hot tub may be closed during extreme weather conditions for your safety and comfort. It's important to note that the rooms advertised as "King bed" consist of two twin beds placed together and prepared as a king-sized bed by default. If you prefer them separated, kindly inform us at least 24 hours in advance, and we will gladly accommodate your request. While there is no elevator on the property, our dedicated staff will do their utmost to assist you with your luggage, especially during your check-in time. Rest assured, we prioritize cleanliness and safety. Our enhanced cleaning practices include thorough cleaning and disinfection, self-check-in/check-out options, and laundering of all towels and bedding in hot water of at least 60ºC. High-touch surfaces are diligently cleaned with disinfectant, and we have essential safety measures in place such as carbon monoxide detectors, a first aid kit, fire extinguisher, smoke detectors, deadbolt locks, and outdoor lighting. Kindly be aware that there is no elevator at the property. However, we are committed to providing assistance with carrying your luggage to your room to the best of our ability, based on your arrival time.
Restrictions

- Guest may not sublease the rented space.
- Premises will be delivered to Guests in a professionally cleaned condition. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises, and any unauthorized pets found will result in immediate eviction without a refund, as it violates the agreement and forfeits the right to any collected payments.
- There will be a $25.00 handling charge plus shipping costs for any found items returned at the guest’s request.
- No parties: This property may not be used for weddings, receptions, parties, photoshoots, music videos, or large gatherings.
- Management and its representatives have the authority to enter the premises at any time for repairs, maintenance, services, compliance verification, investigation, occupancy checks, or emergencies.
- Please refrain from parking on the street to avoid receiving a parking ticket or having your vehicle towed.
