Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
Small children should be supervised by adults at all times, adults are responsible for children's safety. Child hazards include but are not limited to a pool & jacuzzi with no gates.
Guests are expected to treat the property with care and respect. Any damages to the property or its contents during the stay will be the responsibility of the guest, and charges may apply.
There is construction around Copala, so you might experience some noise during the day, low to mid noise.
We accept monthly reservations, however, an additional refundable security deposit of 300 USD for each month may apply, please confirm this before booking.
Smoking or vaping is NOT allowed in any common areas, including Club House and green areas. Smoking is allowed only on the Condo's terrace as long as cigars or cigarette butts are properly disposed of. Please be careful, any cigar burn or damage will be deducted from the security deposit.
In order to maintain a secure and enjoyable environment for all our guests, we do not permit external vendors inside our properties. Our concierge service is available to recommend trusted vendors for any assistance you may need.
