- Get the VIP treatment at upscale villas located near the Empire Polo Fields, where Coachella & Stagecoach Music Festivals are held. 18 fully-equipped villas will remind you why the desert is everyone’s favorite escape from the daily grind. - Situated in a gated community in sunny La Quinta. - Please be aware that during festivals like Coachella, although the Villas are within walking distance of the polo grounds, road closures and specific access points can extend the walking distance to the festival entrance to approximately 1.4 miles. While some guests choose to walk and walking is possible, we strongly recommend purchasing golf cart services for easier access.

95% Refund: Receive a 95% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 60 days before check-in.
45% Refund: Receive a 45% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 21 days before check-in.
No Refund: Reservations canceled 59 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds subject to a 5% processing fee of the total.

Spike ball, Volleyball, and Soccer ball equipment will be provided.
Please note that during festivals such as Coachella, you cannot walk to the festival. Instead, you'll need to hire a golf cart, take your car, or take a shuttle service.
Please note that the small garage unit on the property is not accessible to guests, and it is periodically used by housekeeping for supplies. For parking, there are two large garage units available and reserved for only guests.
Pool heat is available at this home at an extra cost and needs to be requested at least 48 hours before your stay.
Pool and spa heat is not available between May 1st and October 1st.
Our desert pools are heated to a maximum temperature of 87 degrees. Please note that we do not exceed this temperature for pool heating.
2 twin rollaway beds with pillows and bedding can be provided upon request and are included as part of your nightly rate.
The Murphy bed available in our Media room can be prepared ahead of your arrival upon request. Please do not attempt to adjust the bed on your own.
The home is fully stocked with a coffee machine, coffee, laundry detergent, indoor and outdoor towels, kitchen cookware, Brita water filter, first-aid kit, hair dryers, and toiletries.
Restrictions
- Please be considerate of your neighbors and mindful of noise levels. Noise violations may result in fines.
- Do not leave money or valuables unattended.
- Lock all doors when you leave your accommodations.
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- The property is not responsible for items left behind.
