95% Refund: Receive a 95% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 60 days before check-in.
45% Refund: Receive a 45% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 21 days before check-in.
No Refund: Reservations canceled 59 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.

Please note that this is a buyout of two separate units for a total of eight bedrooms.
Please note there is construction happening next door and it may be noisy at times.
Please note that there are multiple stairs in this unit.
Security is on-site to intermittently check in on properties for guest safety.
Please be aware that the garage for Musgraves is utilized as local staff storage and guests may see property manager team members coming and going from the garage. For safety concerns, the home is equipped with an added locking feature for the interior door leading to the garage.
Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
A pack n' play travel crib and a high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones.
All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit to be charged after booking.
This home features 8 comfortable bedrooms for a perfect night's sleep. Each room is outfitted with linens, towels, fluffy pillows and comforters. Linens are available for additional sleeping arrangements.

- Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited; violation results in a five hundred dollar cleaning fee plus any additional damages
- Illegal drugs or activities are strictly prohibited
Equipment & Amenities
- Multiple staircases are present; guests should use caution
- High speed WiFi and televisions provided; no refunds for outages or service interruptions
- Standard household appliances provided; misuse resulting in damage is guest responsibility
- Certain areas, including the Musgraves garage used for staff storage, are locked and not accessible to guests
- Any malfunction or damage must be reported promptly; no refunds for equipment or system failures
Checkout & Care
- Excessive mess, damage, or soiling beyond standard use may result in additional cleaning or repair charges
- Furniture should be returned to its original location before checkout
- Trash must be properly bagged and disposed of according to provided instructions
