Kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, freezer, blender, trash compactor, coffee maker, dishes utensils, toaster, wine glasses, BBQ utensils, cleaning products, utensils for kids, spices, oven, cooking basics, baking sheet, and mini fridge.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- No parties or large events without prior authorization in writing from owner including, but not limited to, additional cleaning fee, additional fee, different deposit and insurance requirements, etc. Party or large event is considered 15 or more people on site at one time.
- Additional cleaning fee may apply for groups larger than seven people.
- No shoes indoors. Carpets, couches, bed frames, counter tops, dining table, etc – if you spill anything, please do not try to clean with water or any “at home” products. Let property manager know and we can send someone to clean or clean after move out. Only toilet paper in toilets.
