Teton views from nearly every room anchor this brand-new Western lodge-style home, with floor-to-ceiling windows in the great room framing the range from the primary living and dining spaces.
The great room is a genuine showpiece — a towering stone fireplace, rich leather furnishings, and soaring ceilings give it the feel of a high-end mountain lodge rather than a standard vacation rental.
A dedicated game and bar room adds rare depth for group stays: custom-built bar, slate pool table, card table, and a second smart TV make it a self-contained evening destination without leaving the property.
The covered hot tub faces the Tetons directly from the east-facing patio, fully sheltered from the elements. The PM drains, cleans, and refills it between every stay.
Sleeping configuration note: Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a bathroom — only the primary suite is fully en-suite. The loft has its own dedicated bath and sleeps four across two queen-over-queen bunk beds, making it best suited for kids or younger travelers.
Grand Targhee is 23 minutes away; Jackson Hole Mountain Resort is about an hour. This is the quieter, less trafficked side of the Tetons — a genuine trade-off worth knowing going in.
Outdoor lighting must be turned off by 10 PM per community rules. Quiet hours (noise and music) run 10 PM–7 AM, and no events or large gatherings are permitted.
