This was our second consecutive spring break trip with our family to Kiawah Island, and we couldn't have been happier with our stay. Booking was very simple and easy as well as our check in process. Communication with our host was very easy and they always responded immediately. The property was as advertised in regard to furnishings, decor, etc. Everything was in working order. We did not have any problems connecting to Wifi or the televisions. We loved being close to Fresh Fields Village which includes a very nice Grocery Store and lots of shopping. We really had a great trip and are very thankful to have been able to stay in such a nice home.

This property does not have access to the Kiawah Resort pools, shuttle, or fitness centers; Only the Ocean Green Community Pool.

Fireplace is unavailable for guest use.

Each bed within the property will be complete with sheets, pillow cases, and a top blanket and/or comforter upon arrival. Each full bathroom is outfitted with 4 large bath towels, 4 wash cloths, 2 hand towels, and a bath mat.

We do provide an initial supply of paper products like toilet paper and paper towels, but these are not replenished during your visit. We also provide a one-day starter kit of coffee and coffee condiment packs.

Kitchen utensils, cookware, silverware, and other standard kitchen items are provided in the property. Any perishable items (including special seasonings and cooking oils) will not be provided. There are grocery and convenience stores within close driving distance, should you need to purchase additional items.

Note: The linens will only be serviced upon departure unless mid-stay cleans are purchased through our office. Bath towels are not permitted to be taken from the rental home so we suggest you bring or rent beach or pool towels.

Mid-Stay Cleanings may be purchased for an additional charge. A Mid-Stay clean includes fresh towels and linens, another toiletry start-up kit, trash take-out, dishwasher loading and a light cleaning/vacuum.
