The spa is heated and complimentary for the duration of your stay. Due to the size and features of our pool, it is costly to run the heater for the entirety of your stay. If you are staying between the months of October and May, please inquire for information about cost for pool heating.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- This property does not have a pool fence. All children must be supervised by an adult.
- The Property is to be used only for vacation purposes and can only be occupied by the number of people specified in the booking.
- Smoking restriction applies to all methods or materials, including but not limited to cigarettes, cigars, pipes, cloves, marijuana, e-cigarettes, vapes, or any other method or means of smoking or vaping. Violation of this rule will be subject to a $500 fee per occurrence.
- There shall be no parties allowed in the Property at any time and there shall be no more occupants in the Property than the listed occupancy in the booking, but in any case, no more than as specified by local ordinance. Guests are not to harass, interact with, or otherwise disrupt neighbors, either directly or indirectly. Violation of this rule will be subject to a $500 fee per occurrence.
- The Property will be cleaned before your arrival and should be returned in the same condition. Guests will be charged a cleaning fee, as posted on the Platform, which shall be prepaid.
- Basic utilities (water, gas, electricity) are included in the rental fee unless otherwise stated.
- The Host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the Property.
- The Host is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings.
