In line with community rules, the maximum occupancy for this condo is limited to 6. Daytime visitors are welcome, but the total number of people in the condo must not exceed the maximum occupancy of 6. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a $250 USD fine.
Please be aware that there is an ongoing construction nearby, you might experience noise, during the construction hours. While efforts are being made to minimize the disruption, we wanted to ensure that you are informed.
Guests are expected to treat the property with care and respect. Any damages to the property or its contents during the stay will be the responsibility of the guest, and charges may apply.
Smoking or vaping is NOT allowed in any common areas, including Club House and green areas. Smoking is allowed only on the Condo's terrace as long as cigars or cigarette butts are properly disposed of. Please be careful, any cigar burn or damage will be deducted from the security deposit.
In order to maintain a secure and enjoyable environment for all our guests, we do not permit external vendors inside our properties. Our concierge service is available to recommend trusted vendors for any assistance you may need.
We accept monthly reservations, however, an additional refundable security deposit of 300 USD for each month may apply, please confirm this before booking.
